The owner is not at the property, so you must arrange access before arrival. To do this, the owner will contact you directly by email (remember to check spam/junk folder).
Late check-in or check-out may be possible on request.
Payment is due on arrival, in cash.
Breakfast is only available if requested before arrival.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: 15 % VAT is included.
