Cancellation Policy Siam Bayshore Resort & Spa Resort Pattaya
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children from 3 to 11 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All older children or adults are charged THB 1360.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: 7 % VAT is included.
10 % service charge per room per night is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.
Internet: Wireless internet is available in public areas and costs THB 700.00 per 24 hours.
Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and costs THB 700.00 per 24 hours.
Meal Plan: American breakfast is included in the room rate.
Breakfast costs THB 325.00 per night per child under 11 years.
Parking: Free public parking is possible on site.
