Reservation Policy Royal Cliff Beach Resort Resort Pattaya
- All guests are entitled to 30 minutes of free internet access, per room, per day at one of the resort’s business centers. Guests will need to register at the hotel's business centre for a username and password.
- In addition to the 30 minutes free internet use per room, per day in the business center, guests staying in the Royal Cliff Grand Hotel & Spa are entitled to 20 minutes free internet access at the Lotus Club Lounge, per room, per day.
- Guests at the Royal Wing Suites & Spa have free unlimited internet access in their suites.
*Room rates on 31st December include a compulsory gala dinner for 2 adults only. Extra guests are charged separately.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged THB 2100.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: 7 % VAT is included.
10 % service charge per room per night is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.
Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and charges are applicable.
Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast costs THB 715.00 per person per night.
Buffet breakfast costs THB 358.00 per night per child under 12 years.
American breakfast is included in the room rate.
Parking: Free private parking is possible on site.
Pets: Pets are not allowed.
The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
